To secure your booking we require a deposit of $30 per person. We do not take tentative bookings. All deposits for bookings are Non-refundable/Non-Transferrable. Up to 28 days prior to the booking the deposit may be redeemed for a gift voucher or a deposit on another event within 12 months. Post 28 days the deposit is forfeited. All cancellations within 7 days will require the full amount of the function to be paid. (Food content only) $95 per head. The deposit can be paid using EFT, Credit Card (fees apply) or Cash. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill due at the end of the event. Final number and dietary requirements must be advised 48hrs prior to the event. Confirmed guest numbers is the amount charged for set menu unless attendance is higher. ie 10 guests booked and only nine attend 10@$95 will be charged plus drink purchases. For whole restaurant booking there will be a minimum spend dependent on the time of year and day. If this is not met the balance will be charged as a room hire. All dinner events must conclude and vacate by 12am and all Lunch events by 4.00pm. The final bill is required to be settled at the conclusion of the event. All events held on public holidays or Sundays will incur a 15% surcharge.
